Peter E. Salas Chairman of the Board
Peter E. Salas, 54, is president of Dolphin Asset Management Corp. and its related companies, founded in 1988. Prior to establishing Dolphin, he was with J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. for 10 years, during which he served as Co-manager, Small Company Fund and Director, Small Cap Research. He received an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard in 1976. Mr. Salas was elected to the Board of Directors on Oct. 8, 2002.
Carlos P. Salas
Carlos P. Salas, 37, is a principal of Dolphin Advisors, L.L.C., which manages a private-equity investment fund focused on middle-market opportunities. Before joining Dolphin Advisors, Mr. Salas in 2001 led an investor group in the acquisition of a private engineering and manufacturing firm. He joined the company in 2002 as chief financial officer to lead a financial and operating restructuring. In 1999 he joined the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where as an investment banker he led corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments for middle-market clients. When DLJ was acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation (CSFB), Mr. Salas joined CSFB's mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Salas has practiced law with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York, where he advised financial sponsors and corporate clients in financings and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Salas received his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1996, and his B.A. in Philosophy from New York University in 1992. On (DATE), he has elected to the Tengasco Board of Directors.
Matthew K. Behrent
Matthew K. Behrent, 39, is an Executive Vice President,
Corporate Development with EDCI Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqNM: EDCI ), where
he is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and
corporate strategic planning. EDCI is a multi-national company that is
seeking to enhance stockholder value by pursuing acquisition
opportunities. Mr. Behrent has an extensive background in mergers and
acquisitions, with twelve years of experience in corporate development,
investment banking and corporate law with firms including Credit Suisse
First Boston, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Revolution Partners and
Pillsbury Madison & Sutro. Mr. Behrent has been involved in the
execution of a wide variety of transactions, including public and
private company mergers and acquisitions, takeover defenses, leveraged
buyouts, financial restructurings and public and private financings. Mr.

Dr. John A. Clendening
Dr. John A. Clendening, 77, began his career a palynologist-coal geologist at the West Virginia Geological Survey from 1960 - 1968. He joined Amoco in 1968 and remained with the company as a senior geological associate until 1992. In the early 1970s Dr. Clendening was instrumental in performing geological studies and making recommendations that resulted in Amoco's acquisition of large land holdings in northeast Tennessee. His work led directly to the discovery of what is now the company's Paul Reed # 1 well. He further recognized that the area had significant oil and gas potential. He is credited with discovery of what is now Amoco’s Swan Creek Field. Dr. Clendening has served as president of the American Association of Stratigraphic Palynologists and also as president of the Society for Organic Petrologists. From 1992 - 1998 he was associated with Laird Exploration Co., Inc. of Houston, Texas, directing exploration and production in south central Kentucky. He has worked independently since 1998. Dr. Clendening received B.S. (1958), M.S. (1960) and Ph. D. (1970) degrees in geology from West Virginia University. Dr. Clendening previously served as a Tengasco director from Sept. 1998 to August 2000. On Feb. 28, 2003, he was again elected a director.
Jeffrey R. Bailey
Jeffrey R. Bailey, 51, joined Tengasco in March 2002 as chief geological engineer. He was named Tengasco president in July 2002 and chief executive officer in Nov. 2005. He has twice served on the board, from Feb. 2003 to Aug. 2004 and from Oct. 2004 to the present. Mr. Bailey has 28 years of oil and gas exploration, management, and reservoir evaluation experience. From 1980 to 2002 he held various positions of increasing management and technical responsibility within Halliburton. While with Halliburton he worked in many countries in Central and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia, developing a special interest and expertise in carbonate reservoirs and log analysis. Mr. Bailey has authored and presented numerous technical papers and has taught log analysis and carbonate reservoir management at many companies and universities around the world. He is fluent in Spanish, and earned a B.S. degree in Geological Engineering in 1980 from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
